CWSO Authority operationalises WAGECODE as a governed wage runtime for computable, evidence-linked, issuer-bound and replayable wage-state infrastructure.
WAGECODE is the public protocol and standard layer for converting narrative wage information into governed wage state through policy-version-bound meaning, evidence-class gating, deterministic classification and replayable proof structures.
Ordinary wage information often exists as narrative wage data: payslips, payroll entries, contracts, collective agreements, grievances, affordability inputs, insurance declarations and legal claims. These fragments may be institutionally useful, but they are not necessarily governed, comparable, replayable or safe for reliance. Governed wage state provides a structured substrate for institutional reliance.
CWSO Authority provides the runtime surface through which wage information can be assessed, classified, restricted, remediated, issued and verified as governed wage artefacts.
CWSO Authority serves employers, unions, banks, insurers, DFIs and funders, regulators, courts, legal practitioners and other institutional actors that rely on wage meaning.
Certain WAGECODE publication links may remain inactive while the WAGECODE site and related protocol publication surfaces undergo governed review. CWSO Authority does not surface protocol materials for public reliance until the relevant review state permits publication.
